General stay conditions:
Check in is possible after 15:00. If it is not be possible to accommodate group at the ordered rooms and the participants have already morning programme organized in the hotel, we will provide the possibility for the participants to leave the baggage in the locking room.

Accommodation rules:
- Provider of the accommodation can accommodate guests, who identify themselves with an ID, a passport or other form of identification document. The provider of the accommodation can also offer different type of accommodation in special cases, if it is not much different from the booked order.
- Provider of the accommodation is obliged to accommodate guests to 15:00 o’clock. Till that time the room is booked for guests, if it is not differently done by the order.
- Guests use the hotel room as long as the time was agreed with the provider of the accommodation. If there was not the length of the stay agreed, guests check out till 10.00 o’clock at the day of the departure. The room must be also left by this time. If guests do not respect the time limit, the hotel can charge the stay for the following day.
- If guests ask for lengthening the stay, the provider of the accommodation can offer different room than the guest was staying in till that time.
- Guests have the right to use the equipment of the hotel room with its facility, social space and services of the hotel.
- Guests are fully responsible for the damage done by them to the possession of the hotel. If there was a deposit paid, the damage (proved, it was done by guests) will be paid from this money preferably.
- Furniture must not be moved in the rooms. Any interference into electricity or its installation must not be done. It is forbidden to use own electrical appliance, except those which are used for personal hygiene.
- Visits of the guests accommodated in the hotel must be announced at the reception desk of the hotel. Guests must turn lights off before leaving the room, check if there is water taps closed and lock the door.
- Guests are obliged to behave against setting up a fire. Smoking is forbidden inside the hotel, in every hotel interior places.
- From 22.00 to 6.00 guests must behave not to disturb others in night rest. Provider of the accommodation calls the doctor for guests who is ill or injured or calls the ambulance if necessary. All the other care except the first aid in the hotel area is paid by guests.
- Provider of the accommodation is responsible for the things which were taken into the hotel and were placed at the place to do so. The provider of the accommodation is responsible for the money and valuable things only in case it was taken into depository/safe and it was confirmed.
- Guests are obliged to pay for the accommodation and services according to valid pricelist, mainly after the stay. Pricelist of the accommodation and services is shown at the reception desk and on the websites of the hotel. Guests are obliged to follow these rules. In case the rules are broken, manager of the hotel has the right to withdraw from the contract before the agreed time expires. Manager of the hotel receives complaints of the guests or suggestions to the improvement of the hotel services.
- For the individual clientele, lunch is served from 12:00 to14:00, dinner from 18:00 to 20:00. If guests do not eat one of the meals in that time and is not cancelled on time, it is automatically charged. Half board starts with dinner and Full board starts with lunch.
